Gull Cottage - Relax by the Bay

Gull Cottage, with views of Georges Bay, is the perfect peaceful place to unwind, explore, walk, fish, read, or just relax and enjoy. The house is exceptionally comfortable for short or longer stays and is perfect for couples or adults travelling together and exploring the east coast of Tasmania. It is large enough to offer everyone their own space. Not suitable for children and infants. St Helens is only a few minutes by car, and beautiful Bay of Fires and Binalong Bay are only a short drive.

We host our families beach shack in North Binalong Bay, quite and surrounded by the Bay of Fires/larapuna. Less than a 5 minute walk to Baileys Beach, close to the mountain bike trails of Bay of Fires (10min) and St Helens (20min). Holland House (hollandhouse_bay_of_fires) is a luxurious and contemporary beach house. A place to relax, read, listen to music. And of course to look at the ocean. This architecturally designed house is situated right on 'one of the most beautiful beaches in the world' (Condé Nast) with direct beach access. Just imagine yourself lazily on the large pillows. Doing nothing. Just look, feel and be mindful. It’s about simple life in a beautiful place. You’ll see that beauty is everywhere.

The Shack on the Hill - Binalong Bay, Bay of Fires

A peaceful place to relax after exploring the beautiful Bay of Fires area, swimming, surfing, walking or mountain biking on nearby tracks. The Shack on the Hill has beautiful views across forest reserves. Keep an eye out for the amazing birdlife including parrots, cockatoos, robins, blue wrens and Sea Eagles cruising past. The cottage has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a large covered deck for outdoor dining and perfect for coffee in the morning sun.

Spacious self contained cottage on a working cattle and prime lamb farm. Other farm animals include, friendly dogs, chooks, horses and a noisy donkey! Perfect location to set up as a base for NE Tassie adventures. Check out my guidebook. There is plenty to see and do in this area, so consider staying for two or more nights to explore our magnificent Pyengana valley, the Blue Tier walking and MTB trails and the must see St Columba waterfalls. This traditional Beach Shack has magnificent views over Skeleton Bay - part of the World famous Bay of Fires Tasmania. A lovely iconic holiday house for family or friends to be able to relax in and enjoy a true Tassie holiday. Nice deck to sit and watch the boats and the odd whale go by.

It is the perfect location to explore what Tasmania's East Coast has to offer, from The Bay of Fires, down to Bicheno and everything in between. The space is set up with couples in mind to relax and enjoy the beachfront atmosphere in a cozy accommodation, with beautiful gardens and bird life a plenty.

Kersbrook Cottage near Derby

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.
