The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Ovo je mjesto na kojem gotovo možete opipati odmor, osjetiti mir i u potpunosti prisvojiti trenutak čistog uživanja; bilo da to radite u romantičnom okruženju, ili pak sa obitelji i prijateljima. Apartman se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe, kuhinje, blagavaonice, dnevnog boravka, te natkrivene terase sa vanjskom kuhinjom i grillom...a, u sklopu okućnice nalazi se prostrani bazen , dječje igralište , stol za stolni tenis te parking. Featuring a garden, private pool and pool views, Villa Poji is located in Buzet. The air-conditioned accommodation is 38 km from Rovinj, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
