Completely renovated in 2021, this one-room apartment (approx. 32 sqm) is located directly at the foot of Breisach's historic Münsterberg hill. Access is via a private entrance with a hallway. This offers ample space for luggage and bicycles. The apartment is equipped with a double bed (1.60 m), a wardrobe, a table with chairs, a kitchenette, and Wi-Fi. The separate bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a toilet. The apartment has underfloor heating. The one-room apartment is located on a quiet one-way street with free parking nearby. A traditional bakery and a regional butcher shop are in the immediate vicinity. Major discount stores can be reached within a few minutes by car. The newly designed market square and pedestrian zone invite you to stroll and linger. There you will find cafés, several ice cream parlors, restaurants, and a municipal cinema. The Rhine River is only about 500 m away. The piers for excursion boats (e.g., to Strasbourg) are located there. The Rheinwald forest is also a popular local recreation area for hiking, cycling, Nordic walking, etc. The Münsterberg, along with Breisach's St. Stephan's Cathedral, offers magnificent views of the Kaiserstuhl, the Black Forest, the Vosges Mountains, and the Rhine plain. Europa Park Rust and the Rulantica water world are approximately a 30-minute drive away, passing through several typical Kaiserstuhl villages. The S-Bahn (commuter train) from Breisach train station (a 10-minute walk away) runs every half hour to Freiburg in 25 minutes. From there, you can continue to the final stop, Titisee in the Black Forest (approximately another 25 minutes). You can also take the bus towards Colmar (France). Towels and bed linen are provided. Please note: A tourist tax of €2 per person per night must be paid additionally by guests on site. The tourist tax entitles you to the Konus guest card, which offers a variety of discounts, including free tickets for local public transport (bus, train, S-Bahn, tram) from Karlsruhe to Basel. Dans une maison individuelle, charmant appartement pour 2 à 4 personnes avec entrée indépendante à Artzenheim en pleine nature. Idéal pour sillonner la région entre Mulhouse et Strasbourg, à 18 km de Colmar, 6 km de l’Allemagne, 25 km de l’Europa Park tout à côté de Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, le château du Haut Koenigsbourg…Au 1 ère étage de notre maison l’appartement peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes.Cuisine équipée, chambre à coucher, salon avec convertible, salle de bain avec douche

Un studio de 30 m² au s/s semi enterré de la maison individuelle situé dans un village alsacien. Proche à la frontière allemande, à 20 km de Colmar et 30 km de Fribourg (Allemagne). Piste cyclable à 30 m. Le studio dispose d'une salle d'eau, d'une cuisine ouverte et d'une petite terrasse. Il est prévu pour 2 personnes et peut en accueillir 4 au maximum. Vous trouvez tout l’équipement nécessaire, le linge de lit et les serviettes sont aussi à votre disposition. Parking gratuit devant la maison.

Logement moderne entièrement climatisé tout neuf tout équipé offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille ou entre amis avec sa belle terrasse coin repas, salon de jardin et barbecue pour de belles soirées reposante. Parking privé juste devant la porte d'entrée dans la propriété. Possibilité sur demande d'accès à la salle de musculation encadré par un coach diplômé. Endroit calme avec restaurants, nombreux magasins, station service à 500 mètres. Lit bébé et chaise haute (sur demande gratuit)

Zur Unterkunft führt ein separater Eingang und hat den Charakter einer kleinen Souterrainwohnung. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist komplett neu eingerichtet, freundlich und liebevoll mit weißen Möbeln, 1,60 m-Bett mit Nachttisch, Rattan-Sitzgruppe + Couchtisch, Stühle mit hellen Hussen, schöner großer Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Tageslichtfenster und ein eigenes separat eingerichtetes Bad mit Dusche, WC – zum Wohlfühlen. Gerne helfe ich euch weiter und stehe bei Fragen gerne zur Seite.

Le gîte du Tailleur, proche de Neuf Brisach, à 20 min de Colmar, 1h de Strasbourg . Vous apprécierez notre maison (refaite en juillet 2021) pour son cachet, la piscine chauffée en été, la tranquillité et la terrasse privée clôturée. Un bain finlandais privatif 8 places (supp à régler sur place). En décembre, une décoration de Noël .... Des pistes de ski à moins d'1h ! En supplément, une soirée tartes flambées est possible ou sortie bateau sur le canal … En bref : nous sommes là !!

Located at the foot of the vineyards of Tuniberg; close to Freiburg centre, 12 km, in a small village. Convenient for day trips to Colmar, the Black Forest and Europa Park as well.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen komfortables Bett, Gemütlichkeit, Küche, der Ruhe, der schönen Lage und traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge . Meine Unterkunft ist gut für paare, alleinreisende abenteurer und geschäftsreisende.
