Der Seppelhof ist ein über 400 Jahre alter Hof, der grundlegend saniert und modernisiert wurde. Er liegt freistehend außerhalb von Hofsgrund auf ca. 900 m über dem Meer. Das Anwesen ist daher herrlich still und idyllisch mit großem Garten gelegen. Der Hof hat insgesamt 3 weiträumig voneinander getrennte Wohneinheiten mit separatem Eingang, wovon eine unseren Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Neben dem Ausblick in die Natur, bietet die Nähe zu Frankreich und Schweiz viele Sightseeingoptionen.

Die Wohnung liegt im kleinen Ortsteil Karsau, der zu Rheinfelden (Baden) gehört. In einem fast 200 Jahre alten Bauernhaus mit Blick auf unsere Hoftiere (Pferde/Schafe/Katze/Hund/Hühner) könnt Ihr wunderbar entspannen. Basel ist mit dem Auto/Zug in 20 min zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Beuggen liegt in Laufnähe (1,5km). Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz und auch der Wald mit schönen Spazier- und Fahrradstrecken liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Erholungsort für Naturliebhaber mitten im Biospährenreservat Südschwarzwald liegt Schweigmatt. Über dem Wolkenmeer der Rheinebene steht unser schönes Waldhaus. Starte deine Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür am Westweg, oder Mountainbiketour durch den Schwarzwald. Fahre mit der S-Bahn (8 min mit dem Auto .) in 30min. Nach Basel, Frankreich ist 45 Minuten entfernt, Freiburg eine Stunde. Feldberg 45 Minuten. Schwimmbad Schweigmatt ist ein Vereinsbad. Man kann für 20 Euro für 4 mal erwerben.

4 1/2-room holiday apartment in a horse farm

The apartment is situated in the upper floor of a farm with horses. It is completely renovated and new. The cosy terrace is staffed with a wood/charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (15 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that the entrance to the apartment leads through the barn.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Located at the foot of the vineyards of Tuniberg; close to Freiburg centre, 12 km, in a small village. Convenient for day trips to Colmar, the Black Forest and Europa Park as well.
