The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Building a space small enough that it immediately becomes your own yet comfortably spacious, open and filled with light. The "Carraige House at Brevard" is conveniently located near downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Newly constructed, newly listed with a contemporary farmhouse style. It is situated on 6-1/2 acres with mountain and French Broad River valley views. Easy walk to Oskar Blues Brewery, bike path to Pisgah National Forest and the Davidson River. There are 2 bedrooms with king size luxury mattresses. The 3rd bed is on a pull out in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer.

Brevard barn guesthouse near downtown

A former barn turned massage studio turned guesthouse this space has seen many different uses. This spot will make a great base camp for your adventures in Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Park. The kitchen has a fully functioning gas range and oven and an apartment size refrigerator. Plenty of room to make meals if you would rather stay in instead of going out to eat. There is a ramp to the front door so you can wheel your mountain bikes right in for the night if you would like.

DuPont Cabin 2 with Hottub/Sauna

This cabin is 1 of 2 on our property. This is the closest rental property to Dupont State Park at only a quarter of a mile from the entrance. Offering its own private Hot-Tub, sauna, and fire pit along a creak, this property is one of a kind! Our cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Brevard and 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville which both offer lots of local shops and dinning. Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect place for anyone that loves the outdoors!!

My place is walking distance to downtown Brevard, The Brevard Music center, The Bracken Mountain Trail, and The Lumberyard District. You’ll love my place because, the decor, the luxury beds/linens and the location. There is queen bed in the bedroom, a queen murphy bed in the great room, and two twin beds in the third story sleeping loft. We also have outdoor fire pits and a custom private bike track!!!! (must sign waiver before use of the bike track)

Highlights include a twin size swinging bed on the porch, an outdoor fire pit, an awesome indoor wood-stove, and a private hot tub!
