All that & within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, gift shops & galleries - yet far enough away to provide a private space. Hosted by long-time locals who offer insights, not just a code to a door!

A western-inspired TINY casita, a home base for the solo traveler or minimalists passing through the Big Bend region. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood on the hosts property, it's a short walk from downtown Alpine. You’ll have easy access to shops, cafes, live music, and local charm — no car needed. Sleep in a twin bed (+ trundle bed for additional person) REMINDER this is a SMALL space. Bathroom, shower, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and pour-over carafe for your morning brew.

Honey's Suite - King Bed & Bath - Sage Guesthouse

This suite is a beautiful stand-alone 600 sq ft. bedroom separated from the rest of the house by the main foyer. With a keyed interior entrance off the main foyer of the house, this private room includes king size bed, a wood burning fireplace, spacious bathroom with large tiled bathtub, shower, two sink/vanity areas, and a private patio outside a back door exterior entrance. The Suite is private, and shares no walls with other Suites in the house. The property is secluded inside the city.

Terlingua Casita de Chile's

This is a 107 acre property that allows for lots of wildlife viewing, stargazing and just enjoying quiet and relaxing evenings. This is one of two rentals on the 107 acres! This property is a scenic 50 minute drive to the BBNP entrance. At 45 minutes along the way to BBNP you will pass gas, grocery and adult beverage stores. Once you return to the property for the evening, you will find a cooling/hot tub, wildlife along with peaceful relaxing stars and scenery to enjoy. Car accessible.

Located 33 scenic miles (40 minutes) from the West Entrance to The Big Bend National Park. Located 3 miles from the Terlingua Ranch Headquarters where you have access to the pool (for a small daily fee of $8 per person). Nestled in the Corazon valley with 360° of mountain views. There are 3 rental units on this sprawling 43 acres, each of them has access to the hills that surround. Enjoy taking a hike on these hill and see the views that they offer.
