Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The little seaside cottage is close to all local amenities. just a 5 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach, 2 minutes into Bridlington town centre and just 5 minutes from the local train station, everything you need is really on your doorstep. Plenty of coastal walks for those keen to explore, close links to the Yorkshire Wolds and the Yorkshire moors. Our cottage is well equipped and has everything you need, from buckets and spades to umbrellas, to enjoy a wonderful break at the sea.

West End Farm Lodge

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small enclosed garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Mill View is located in the village of Kilham an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Yorkshire Wolds , the cottage has been fully renovated for summer 2022. The perfect place to enjoy both the countryside and coast. The cottage boasts open views from the front overlooking the mill .The village offers a small shop located in the garage, a village pub and play park all within a 5 min walk.
