The lodge is fully equipped with TV, Sound System, Luxury Sofas, Fire Place and fully fitted Kitchen with all the equipment. The Master room also has En-Suite. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.
