Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Home is cleaned and sanitized after each rental with clorox and antibacterial cleaners. Spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath two-story home comfortably sleeps 13 people. This house is a perfect rental for families - or groups. Convenient location across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Parking for up to 5 cars. The downstairs is open concept. Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental.
