Welcome to Casa Epis in Valle Verzasca for a peaceful stay, away from the tourist crowds of the more frequented villages, allowing you to experience the authentic atmosphere of life in the valley during your holidays. The house, surrounded by greenery and encircled by mountains, is accessible via a bridge and is just a stone's throw from the Verzasca River. It is also close to mountain trails for hiking or biking. It is about 20 minutes from the first boulders of the famous Brione Boulder area.

Ihr eigenes, kleines Feriendörfchen, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der schönen Verzasca entfernt. Das Dorf besteht aus 2 typischen, 300 Jahre alten Rustici mit authentischen Granit Dächern. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Fuori dal nucleo di Sobrio vi aspetta il nostro accogliente Chalet per una rilassante vacanza. Ideale per coppie e famiglie. I cani sono benvenuti e il giardino è recintato. Lo Chalet, ristrutturato in un open space, mantiene le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa rurale leventinese. Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Sole, prati, boschi e montagne accompagneranno le vostre passeggiate mentre cieli stellati, le vostre serate.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Berghütte Arnau, Kanton Tessin Maggiatal

Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Berghütte im Maggiatal, Kanton Tessin. Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.

Wir vermieten ein Studio in einem alten, stilvollen Tessinerhaus mit schönster Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore 10 Minuten von Locarno entfernt. Das Studio verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ein eigenes Badezimmer und kleine Küche, sowie eine eigene Terrasse. Der gedeckte Balkon mit der grossartigen Aussicht darf mitbenutzt werden und lädt im Sommer wie auch im Winter, bei Tag und Nacht, ein.

Rustico Collina

Unser kleines, authentische Rustico liegt zwischen den Dörfern Contra und Mergoscia (ca. jeweils 30-40 Min. zu Fuss entfernt) im Weiler Fressino. Es eignet sich gut für 2 Personen (plus max. 2 Kleinkinder) und ist ideal für Naturfreunde und Wanderer. Einige Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustüre.
