The bathroom with a sink and shower is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. WiFi ✅

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Cozy backyard cottage in shared backyard with sunny patio for relaxing outside. Studio cottage is separate from house with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and eating area. Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

One mile to the John Muir National Historic site. Easy access to highways 4, 24, 680 and 80, Amtrak and BART.

Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
