Sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 large bedrooms, one has an en-suite with a roll top bath. The shower room is on the ground floor. The second bedroom bed can be a king or 2 singles. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space. Melton Constable is a small village only 5 miles from Holt, 4 miles from Thursford and a short drive to the North Norfolk coast.

The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Inside, the accommodation has a well equipped kitchen station, microwave,toaster, kettle, mini fridge. Good local amenities, bakery servinghot deli, two pubs fish shop, Chinese, Indian and kebab takeaways. We are situated 3 miles from Holt and approximately 8 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

“Estella” Shepherds Hut with private hot tub

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
