The Caretakers Apartment is located in the Lodge of Townsend. The Lodge is conveniently located 1 block of Main Street, close (1 block) to Heritage Park and shopping. Canyon Ferry Brewing is on the same block. The Lodge of Townsend hosts a daycare/preschool, a speech therapist, as well as rooms for rent . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with service for 4. The full size sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional place to sleep. The den can be used for an offfice.

This funky 70s themed basement apartment is in the heart of Townsend. Think your grandma's cozy house with modern features! It boasts 2 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. It will sleep 6 comfortably with 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds (which can both be converted into one King bed). The space has it's own private entrance and private laundry in the pantry. This basement apartment has 82 inch ceilings (6ft10") and a shared breezeway with a utility sink, and offstreet parking for two vehicles!

The large kitchen and lots of room inside and out makes it easy to stay in and not stress with going into town. Outside is 1 acre of fenced yard. A concrete pad with a dining area that is perfect for summer dinners. Extra points for spotting the wild turkeys or the longhorn cows from the covered patio! 12 minute scenic drive to the airport. Located in the old Power Townsend building in the heart of Townsend, Montana, the Loft on Broadway is an updated space with old town charm. Built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2023, it boasts the original red brick walls inside the apartment and a central downtown location. With each booking we include a $25 gift card to Deep Creek Pizza, conveniently located just below the Loft! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open kitchen and living area make this place a gem!

Room 1 features a queen size bed. Room 2 has a bunk bed with full size bed on the bottom and twin on top. The bathroom features a walk-in tile shower. This is the perfect location to enjoy the Helena-Townsend area including Canyon Ferry Lake!

Three Forks Farmhouse

Come and enjoy the relaxing ambiance of the Three Forks Farmhouse. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities including an 85” smart tv. Enough room to sleep 7 comfortably and host 8 for dinner. The property is fully landscaped with a gas bbq and patio seating for 8. A perfect family retreat to slow down and recharge yet only a 30 minute drive into Bozeman. Sorry no animals or smoking allowed.

Hilltop Tiny Home

Located on ten acres approximately four miles outside of Three Forks Montana, near I-90. Cabin is next to the primary home where small children live and play. We do not allow dogs & cats unfortunately but accomodations can be made for a horse if contacted prior to reservation. We do not supply hay and there is an extra fee as well. Cabin itself is a small 23'x9' tiny home type cabin.
