A comfy room in an art-filled spacious townhouse with a backyard, situated on a cozy block in Brooklyn. The light filled bedroom is on the 2nd floor ONLY with a skylight operated by a remote control. Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

This is a private house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is close to the subway and about 40 minutes to midtown Manhattan once on the train. There is street parking. There is a desk for work in the bedroom, I am a native New Yorker, and have hosted people for over 15 years.
