Accogliente monolocale. Spazioso bagno con doccia. Angolo cottura con frigo, bollitore elettrico, forno a microonde, moka e caffettiera elettrica , piatti, bicchieri acqua stoviglie varie. Al proprio arrivo l'Ospite trova il necessario per la prima colazione in appartamento . E' perfetto per due persone . Ha una veranda privata . Gas per riscaldamento non incluso. Il prezzo del gas è di 5 euro/ metro cubo. Appartamento caldo all'arrivo. Tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona per 3 giorni.

Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo spazio in centro e vicinissimo alla stazione e alla minimetro che vi porterà direttamente al centro storico. L'attico 26 è uno spazio speciale creato per essere completamente indipendente e di lusso. Magiche le atmosfere create con la pergola bioclimatica che copre parte del terrazzo di 100 mq che da sul centro della città. PS: da Novembre a Marzo compreso non potra essere utilizzata la vasca idromassaggio per via delle temperature rigide.
