This bush property is just off the Highway in the heart of the channel, only a 5 minute drive in one direction to the Bruny Island ferry and a few minute drive in the other for amenities and scenic beaches in Snug. The studio is located on 20 acres of bushland that is abundant with birds and wildlife.
