The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

Welcome to our family’s Lake Buchanan waterfront cottage in a small, safe and secluded neighborhood at the end of the road. If you’re looking for quietness, serenity and relaxation, this is the place. 1.5 hour drive from central Austin. Walk right into the water from the back yard - bring your kayaks! Sit on the porch and watch the wildlife - bring your camera. Neighborhood is great for walking or cycling. Since 1972, family memories have been made here.
