The house is at aprox. 500 m distance from Laminorului Metro Station, very safe neighborhood, 2 parking places inside the yard plus another 2 parking places in front of our yard. Cosy and silent backyard with bbq and dinning area.

It is cosy, natural and gives you inner peace. You can hear the birds and feel close to the outside nature. The 2 rooms give you comfort to separate sleep from day activities. 10 min walk to main blvd, University square and 3 min walk to the lovely small parks, a wine bar, restaurant and a cafe right near the house.
