A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Welcome to Littlebarn, situated just outside the beautiful market town of Frome, on the Somerset border, only 14 miles from Bath. Littlebarn has a generous living area with well stocked kitchen, lounge and bathroom, all on the ground floor. A double sofabed will easily sleep 2. This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). High speed internet.

Grade 2 listed Converted Stables

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

Amberley House Annexe near the river Mells

The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Just a minute walk down the hill takes you to the beautiful river where you can walk either in the direction of the villages of Mells, Chantry and Whatley or the other way towards Frome itself.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm
