Our 95 acre property boasts spectacular views of the Glasshouse Mountains and abuts the Bellthorpe National Park. Just a short 20 minute drive to Maleny, Beerwah and Woodford. The studio touts exposed wooden trusses, contemporary furnishings, polished cement flooring, fully serviced kitchen, modern bathroom and a wood fired heater (firewood provided).

Welcome to our Hunchy Cottage located on two acres in the foothills of the scenic Blackall Range. Just 1 hour from Brisbane the cottage offers privacy, gorgeous views and a peaceful country feel. Only minutes from the charming villages of Montville and Palmwoods, a great range of eating options and just 20 minutes to beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches. The cottage is separate from our home and is your own while you stay. You will enjoy great access to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.
