The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Free parking is always available in front of the house. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 400 meters from the sea and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the old town of Kotor. A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away, and the hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk from the house. The location is easy to find if you're driving. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.

It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive.
