This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a block away from the tugfest parade route. A barnyard turned farmhouse in the 1940’s, this home completely remodeled with the modern farm charm it has today. The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!
