Scenic Point Cottage @ the Heights

The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

Basketball goal/ball, bag toss, board games, fire pit and incredible stargazing 20-30 minute drive from Pedestal Rocks, Haw Creek, Pam’s Grotto, Alum Cove, Falling Water Falls and many more scenic areas. Upper Buffalo/Boxley Valley only 45 minutes away. HVAC and wood-burning or enjoy the cool evenings with windows open and ceiling fans running. NO HUNTING

Enjoy this cozy cabin nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. With a view of Lost Valley and beyond, the front porch is a nice place to relax and unwind! With a full kitchen, fire pit, horseshoe pit, charcoal grill, and more we wish you to be able to vacation deliberately, comfortably, and affordably! Please hit us up with any questions and thank you! We do have Pyrenees dogs who watch over the farm, they are harmless and just part of the landscape. Firewood for sale, 5$ an arm load!

With a queen bed upstairs, a queen memory foam pull-out couch, and a queen size Cordaroy convertible bag-chair (only big enough for two small children) there is plenty of room for everyone. There is also a sleeping area separate from the house available for an additional cost if you want to bring an extra guest or two. Close to many access points on the upper section of the Buffalo River for fishing, floating, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing nearby.

Conveniently located less than 2 miles (5 minutes) from the river, this 7-acre property joins the national park land. Small, but cozy, our tiny house tucked in the woods provides everything you need on your Natural State adventure. The cabin is ideal for two people, but can accommodate three.
