The Gig 'em Getaway

Less than five miles to Kyle Field and Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, and Century Square, this one bedroom private apartment will have you in the heart of Aggieland. A private entrance welcomes you into an open living and kitchen space. The kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave/air fryer combo, dishwasher, and coffee maker stocked with delicious LOCAL COFFEE. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

Olsen Field and Kyle Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.

This 500-square-foot guesthouse features a king-size bed, a leather couch, and two accent chairs, providing a comfortable space to relax while enjoying the smart TV or simply admiring the view through the large window.
