This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

College Hill Cottage

College Hill Cottage is located on College Hill, on the scenic, historic site of Weethee Academy in the heart of the Appalachian region of Ohio. Just 15 miles from Athens, Ohio, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private, spacious yard relaxing on the large front deck, or the side porch. Plenty of space for relaxing, picnics, or watching the deer, turkeys, birds, and squirrels. Close proximity to Ohio University, Hocking Hills, Lake Hope, and Burr Oak State Parks, and Wayne National Forest.

We are located near Nelsonville's Historic Arts District, the Nelsonville Music Festival, Hocking College, Hocking Hills State Park, Athens & Ohio University, Lake Hope State Park, and Wayne National Forest. "Oink" is located on 50 acres of privately owned property and is sure to meet your vacation needs.

A cozy, simpler kind of living. Enjoy 12 private acres surrounded by Wayne National Forest in Ohio's Hocking Hills region. Thoughtfully designed and inspired by the surrounding landscape with natural tones and textures throughout the cabin's interior. Welcome to the Butterfly Yurt! This beautiful yurt is nestled on 6 acres of land with your very own private hiking trails throughout the property. Located inside Wayne National Forest this property is perfect for nature lovers, a group of friends or a romantic getaway. Experience all that nature has to offer while waking up to the sound of birds chirping or soaking in the hot tub. This property provides a unique nature inspired getaway while offering all the modern conveniences.

Burr Oak Cabin

Burr Oak Cabin is nestled into the woods of Burr Oak State Park. Just a short walk or drive to Burr Oak Lake where you can enjoy fishing (license required), hiking, or boating. Hiking trails include various state park trails, the American Discovery Trail or the Buckeye Trail. Put in your own boat at the Dock 1 boat ramp (9.9 hp limit) or rent a kayak, canoe, fishing boat or pontoon boat. Rentals available April through October. We have wifi with a Roku smart Tv to stream.

The Wabash Cabin, nestled in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, is in the heart of the Region’s outdoor playground. This unique property offers private hunting privileges on 160 acres. It is also the perfect get away for couples, family, and friends. Hunting rates are $125 per night, per person, and include privileges to hunt on the property. Vacation/Leisure rates are $125 per night for up to 4 people, more than 4 people $20 per night per person.

a "Cozy" secluded setting, nestled in the woods with property adjoining Burr Oak State Park for an easy walk to the lake or to State Hiking Trails. This cabin is located at Dock 2 Area with property adjoining Burr Oak State Park. Our path behind the house leads to the hiking trail known as REVINE TRAIL, leading to other hiking trails. Also our path leads to the lake.
