The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

Kick back and enjoy the magnificent river view and breezes at this waterfront getaway in the historic Old Village of Port Royal. Two comfy bedrooms w/queen beds, two spacious bathrooms.
