The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

A mile from A11/A14, Paddock View is a bright self contained private first floor annex with a private garden & patio. Separate double bedroom + ensuite shower room. Main living space has sofa bed & a chair bed for 2 children. Kitchen area has all that you need for a self contained stay.

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

Cosy self contained lodge nestled in a secluded paddock in a quiet part of the Village. Over looking open fields, surrounded by lovely walks adjoining the village cricket green. Enjoy open plan living consisting of a king size bed, comfy sofa bed, dining area with a kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine. The lodge has a shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Enjoy the delights of the GeoDome, great for watching the sun set. Dogs considered on request.

A stunning Victorian barn conversion redesigned for modern living and group entertaining. Queensbury barns has a huge open plan kitchen living dining area which opens on to a beautiful courtyard surrounded by wisteria, jasmine and other beautiful plants. There are 2 other seating areas, one upstairs with stunning views over the countryside - perfect for meeting for a quiet drink and chat in the evenings. And a TV room which connects with both the Courtyard and the large secure garden.

Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

Spacious two bedroom Cottage

Easy access from the A14, at the Newmarket junction. Recently renovated cottage set back slightly from road, with 1 king size bed and one double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space. A good base to visit Newmarket(2 miles), Cambridge (13 miles) or even a trip to the coast as Felixstowe is under an hour away. Not suitable for children as the stairs are steep. One parking space available at the bottom of the garden. Three local pubs within walking distance.

The Writer’s Rest Beautiful 2 bed Annex Apartment

A peaceful, self-contained annex in the charming village of Swaffham Prior. Beautifully refurbished with a double bedroom and walk-in wardrobe, lounge with a small sofa-bed (just over a single size I would say), small breakfast bar area with tea and coffee make facilities, and a modern bathroom with shower over bath. A microwave and fridge can be provided if required. Enjoy super-fast Wi-Fi and a shared garden. Ideally located between Cambridge and Newmarket.
