Casa Blandina è immersa in un bellissimo vigneto, totalmente indipendente e lontana da qualsiasi disturbo. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort; esternamente vi è una piscina, una vasca idromassaggio, barbecue e parcheggio dentro la proprietà. Dista dalla spiaggia più vicina di Porto Palo circa 5 km, dal centro città circa 6 Km. Nei pressi, il parco Archeologico di Selinunte (15 km), il borgo di Sciacca (25 Km), e la spiaggia Scala dei Turchi (80 Km). L'aereoporto di Palermo dista 1 ora circa.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
