The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs, bathroom, queen bed and a sofa bed where easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Air conditioning, air purifier & electricity generator. It’s a great value. No smoking, no pets & has parking spot.

Las Golondrinas es una casa en un 2do piso con habitaciones privadas y áreas comunes. La habitación para tres personas es privada con áreas comunes compartidas como la sala y el área recreativa. Tiene acceso para impedidos. La habitación cuenta con una cama litera full-twin, un baño completo privado y una cocina pequeña. Tiene A/C, un tv y (servicio de Wifi gratis a condición de la señal de la compañia) No somos responsables de no tener servicio de internet.

We have a generator for when the electricity fails and and a water tank if it fails as well
