Includes unlimited river access and the use of paddle boards/kayaks with your stay. Whether you want to get away and read a good book near the river, go fishing or play games with the family, there's fun for everyone of all ages. The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.
