Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

These are wonderfully convenient accomodations during Azalea Trails, Rose Festival, Canton First Monday and other East Texas favorites. By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.

You will be within blocks (walking distance) of Bergfeld Park, The Children’s Park, a local coffee shop in The Brick Street Village and one mile from downtown and the hospitals. We offer discounts for weekly and monthly guests.

Relive your childhood dreams in the Treehouse at Seven Springs. You will be surrounded by tall trees and a small spring. Enjoy taking walks on the farm and a 2 acre pond you can swim/fish. Stocked with bluegill, sunfish and bass you are bound to catch at least one fish. Come relax or have a romantic getaway in the peace and quiet of 50 acres!
