Our North East Kingdom home is devided into two apartments. This 2nd floor apt has a master bedroom, living area with a fold out futon, Roku TV and dinner table, a full bathroom with standing shower and a hotel style kitchen including a coffee maker, coffee, toaster, hot water kettle, microwave/convection oven and common cutlery & kitchen necessities. During the warmer seasons there is a front yard, fire pit and multiple gardens to explore. Less than 10 minutes from the Craftsbury outdoor center

Hilltop Guesthouse #2

Our 2nd guesthouse is a 2nd floor unit in a detached house. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, VAST snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Guest suite in Lyndon

Kick back and relax in this cozy studio. Located close to Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails, VAST, Lake Willoughby, and all the outdoor activities Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom has to offer. This private suite offers a full kitchen, bathroom, and living space. There is a queen size bed along with a futon. It is a lower level apartment and we live above with our two young children and dogs. We have chickens and are happy to provide our guests with fresh eggs!

Waterfront apartment - Ideal location for snowmobiling, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, swimming, etc. Backyard access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and VAST Trail. The LVRT is a 4 season multi-use recreational trail currently 93 miles running through farms and forests, right into the downtown districts of VT's scenic communities. For snowmobilers, the VAST Trail boasts over 6000 miles of remarkable trails.
