Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Located 5 minutes off I-85 and is 10 minutes to Green pond Landing, 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson and Seneca. Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

We are down the street from Stonecreek Cove Golf Course in a countryside atmosphere and are comfortably close to the renowned Green Pond Landing, host to many national fishing tournaments.

This Boat Don't Float!

Completely refurbished 50 foot houseboat that has retired from sailing the seas! The boat is completely furnished, including linens, towels, and a kitchenette (microwave, electric burner, skillet, coffee pot and mini fridge/freezer). We are 1/2 mile from Lake Russell or 5 minutes from Strom Thurmond and Jodi's Bait Shop with multiple boat ramps/WMAs nearby. Not into hunting/ fishing? That is ok too! You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
