Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

This is one of two cottages nestled on a full ocean-front acre in San Simeon, just minutes from Cambria, Hearst Castle, seals and more. A private gate gives access to a quiet and beautiful beach with unforgettable sunsets. This cottage (which we call the “Cali cottage”) is 2br/1.5 ba, and comfortably sleeps 5-6 with one queen, one king and a full sleeper sofa. A crib is available upon request. Due to severe allergies of some of our guests we cannot accommodate service animals at this time.
