Welcome to The Fox Den, an enchanting tiny house by Uncommon Accommodations! Nestled in nature along the Brewster River, this cozy retreat is just 1 minute from Smuggler's Notch resort. Meet our resident fox, Jinx, as you unwind in the hot tub. The heated space features a queen bed, comfy couch, TV, and a convenient coffee station. The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

"Mansfield" Suite - The Lodge at Wyckoff Maple

This is a spacious self contained unit with its own entrance in a beautiful VT lodge right next to Smugglers' Notch Resort. Enjoy air conditioning, a gas fireplace & a large private deck w grill. Many things to do nearby all seasons. Minutes from hiking "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.

Guest House 10 Min to Smugglers!

Our Guest House is a cozy 400sf cabin close to it all. Comfortably furnished, there's a queen bed in a bedroom and a full bath. The kitchenette has a two-burner stove-top, small fridge with freezer, sink, microwave, Keurig and small appliances. The grill outside is adjacent to a small patio. We're right on the Lamoille Rail Trail, 2 miles to the Long Trail, 4 miles to Johnson, 8 miles to Smugglers' Notch. Close to great skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking and canoeing!
