Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

To reach the house from the road it is necessary to reach / climb ABOUT 300 STEPS. Villa Claudia is just few minutes walking distance from Sant Agata center, a quite and rural areas of the Sorrento Hills and from where you can easily reach nature trails and enchanting panoramic spots like "Sant Angelo peak".. is famous for its cuisine based on traditional plates, with attention at all local productions, handmade and organic. Also in the area we have excellences of catering (Michelin stars) and tradition. You are hosted in my personal Home that gives you warm and comforts.

CasaLina

Casalina is a renovated house in the quiet area of Montepertuso which is 20 minutes away from the center of Positano by bus. 1 minute walking from the restaurant “Il Ritrovo”. Mini-market just around the corner (1 minute walking) There are no steps to get to the house. The house is two floors, with kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms, two restrooms, wifi, tv. No private parking. The bedrooms have no doors, so if you want privacy it might be an issue. City tax: 2.50€ per person/per night

La Casa con ingresso indipendente è parte di uno Stabile "Rurale" di inizio '900. Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
