Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Appartamento ristrutturato e curato nei dettagli, ideale per vivere Canazei con comfort e stile. Zona tranquilla a 400 m dal centro e a 800 m dalla cabinovia Belvedere, porta d’accesso al Sellaronda e al Dolomiti Superski. In estate la zona offre sentieri panoramici a breve distanza. In inverno, piste da fondo sotto casa e la vicinanza a impianti di discesa, mercatini, après-ski e ristoranti. Spazio moderno e accogliente, adatto a coppie, famiglie o amici.

Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Piccola mansarda composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura, divano letto (1 piazza e 1/2), bagno con box doccia, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello. L'appartamento è dotato di stoviglie, pentole, microonde e asciugacapelli a vostra disposizione. Un balconcino che regala una fantastica vista sulle Dolomiti!

Il nostro appartamento si trova in posizione panoramica, nel cuore delle Dolomiti, punto strategico tra Cortina e la Val badia, a pochi Km dal comprensorio sciistico Ski Civetta e ottimo punto di partenza per le escursioni in montagna. Tassa di soggiorno € 1,50 al giorno a persona

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
