Come escape up to the mountains to my cute chalet by the Pemigewasset River! This place is perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple to a large family with 6 beds on two levels. Feel free to enjoy the big field out front for yard games and picnics. There’s a basketball court, campfire pit and a short walk to the river for cooling off and checking out views of the beautiful covered bridge. Come up and experience the peace and adventure of all that the White Mountain National Forest has to offer!

Welcome to The Bears Lair located in The Waterville Valley Estates! Your stay includes 2 passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center with hot tubs, saunas, pools, bars, and restaurants. Explore the local Campton Mountain for night skiing and sledding. Just 10 minutes to Waterville Ski Resort, 20 to Loon Mountain, 30 to Cannon Mountain, 25 to Squam Lake, and 35 to Lake Winnipesaukee.
