Delightful family-friendly traditional C18th stone cottage typical of the Gers with lovely open views and very large pool. Set in stunning garden near world famous picturesque village and Collegiate of La Romieu (restaurants, shops). The cottage and studio flat (Green room) are charming and beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality bed linen, crockery and cutlery. Fully functional kitchens, washmachines, BBQ for your comfort along with wifi and smart TVs programable for netflix etc.

Situé sur une ancienne ferme du Quercy, il offre un très grand terrain, au calme, permettant promenades, détente et repas à l'extérieur. Une plancha, des transats, un salon et une table à manger de jardin sont à votre disposition pour profiter pleinement. Côté intérieur, le RDC communique par un escalier de pierre extérieur avec la chambre parentale. Celle-ci dessert une 2eme chambre par une échelle de meunier.

Notre lieu conviendra aussi bien aux entreprises qu’aux groupes d’amis ou de familles pour vous retrouver dans un cadre naturel et calme. Un bain nordique en extérieur à bois. Une piscine de 14 mètres par 4. Un sauna extérieur à bois . Un terrain de pétanque. Un étang, des animaux bref le bonheur est dans le gers :) Possibilité de petits déjeuner, déjeuners et diners ou de livraison à votre arrivée de produits locaux.

Située à 5 min à pied du centre bourg, dans un parc protégé, elle offre 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain dont une chambre au rdch, une grande cuisine avec évier en pierre et ilôt central, une cuisinière traditionnelle, un immense frigo et une arrière cuisine. Le parc, une grande piscine (2,40 m de prof !!) chauffée sur demande, une cuisine d'été équipée et une terrasse couverte vous convaincront que le bonheur n'est pas si loin.

"La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Welcome to our country house, in the heart of the Gers, in the village of Belmont. This is a family home, where we live part of the year. It has charm and character, and is furnished and decorated to our own taste. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests, for a stay with friends or family. Baby equipment is available. You will also have access to two Wi-Fi networks (fiber). The house is located 10 minutes from Vic-Fezensac and 30 minutes from Marciac.
