Designed as an open space, it will be the perfect place to share with your loved ones. On the top floor, there is a pretty bedroom with double bed and a little "relax corner" where you can read one of the book or whatch a movie(which you can find at our property).

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
