The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

Rilassati e ricaricati a Palazzo Widmann ,edificio veneziano dallo stile barocco-rococò nel centro storico di Venezia, costruito nel 1625, a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto e da Strada Nuova. L'appartamento (al piano rialzato) ampio e molto luminoso è adatto a famiglie numerose o piccoli gruppi di amici ed è vicino alla fermata di Fondamente Nove - senza ponti! molto comodo all'aeroporto e alle isole di Murano, Burano e Torcello. Campo Santa Maria Nova è a due passi, la Venezia vera.

This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay. We have lived in Venice for 15 years and have a hand book in the house which includes our favourite places to eat, drink and see. We hope that you will come and love the city as much as we do.
