You have access to a shared garden, bush, flowers, ferns and SPA POOL nestled in the fernery. You're welcome to do a BAG/Bike drop off and these can be LOCKED away.

Pots and pans etc and board games to play. Super funky toilet block and spacious shower room just a short walk away on lush lawns. Gorgeous rural outlook. Ocean 1min drive away. Akaroa 20mins. No WiFi but excellent coverage on Spark network, average on Vodafone.

Come make yourself at home and relax with the whole family at this wonderfully positioned beachfront escape. After more than 10 years abroad Cass and Sheldon decided to return home to the West Coast, start their family and create their family. Their sunset retreat was purchased with the agreement signed in the maternity ward with their two day old son Kāhu as the witness. They affectionately call their home “Kāhu’s
