The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Venezia è a soli 35 km. Ci sono molte spiagge a circa 30 minuti in macchina. Inoltre puoi raggiungere facilmente Verona, Vicenza, Padova ecc La nostra casa è ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza rilassante in una zona incontaminata. La casa è dotata di tutto e arredata con gusto e cura.

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and cooktop. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, one bedroom, and a living room with a new double bed (180x200) replacing the sofa bed shown in the photos. TV with SAT and Netflix, and a private parking space are also available.

Guests of our apartment can park for free in all blue parking zones throughout the city.
