The Drake Cottage - Brewster Beach Getaway

The cottage offers an expansive private back yard with an acre of land. Enjoy a newly extended patio complete with fire pit, 10 person picnic table and BBQ grill. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.
