Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Family Foreshore Beach House. Tucked at the end of a quiet culdesac this relaxed foreshore hideaway is made for barefoot holidays. Wander to rock pools, play on the lawn, watch wallabies graze and kookaburras laugh in the trees or gather on the deck as the BBQ sizzles and waves roll in. Two living areas give families space to spread out while cosy bedrooms invite slow mornings with sea views. A fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays and entertaining a breeze your island home away from home

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

Kottage on Kendall is a beautifully renovated home located 5 minutes from San Remo and 10 minutes from the centre of Cowes. This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. The cosy living area includes a split system for heating and cooling, tv (HDMI & Mac cable) & comfy couch. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & 6 seat dining table.

Cape Crusader – Your Home by the Sea

Cape Crusader is a renovated traditional beach house in Cape Woolamai, just a short stroll to the bay. Ideal for a small family or group of friends, it sleeps up to six guests in three light-filled bedrooms and includes a large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The home is cosy and eclectic, with handcrafted treasures from around the world. The fully fenced yard offers space to relax or play, while inside you’ll find Wi-Fi and a smart TV for easy evenings after the beach.

Security Cam in driveway.

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
