Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Situé à Santa Maria di Lota, au début du Cap Corse, à 900m de la Plage de Miomo et 700m d'une crique avec accès par un sentier piéton, l'hébergement totalement indépendant ( attenant à notre villa) est composé de 2 pièces: une chambre vue mer avec un lit Queen Size, une salle de bain avec douche et un salon/ cuisine avec coin repas. Vous profiterez de 2 terrasses vue mer et jardin. Vous serez ainsi entourés de la mer, de l'île d'Elbe et des arbres du jardin, Magnolia, avocatier, citronniers.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Piccolo appartamento in tranquilla area riservata della selvaggia e affascinante isola. L'appartamento ha a disposizione uno spazio aperto, simile ad una piccola piazzetta di paese, dove trascorrere rilassanti momenti di lettura, cene e aperitivi. La casa è composta da soggiorno/cucina attrezzata con elettrodomestici e divano letto, bagno con box doccia e lavatrice e camera da letto/zona living con due divani letto. Travi a vista in legno sbiancato. Ambiente accogliente perfetto per relax.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

La Casetta is located in the heart of the village of Capraia Island, very close to Residence la Vela and the Fort of San Giorgio, among the small alleys that characterize the village. It turns out to be within easy walking distance : bakery/food, Church, bar for breakfasts and aperitifs, tobacconist and shuttle service stop, to and from the port. Beautiful viewpoints and beautiful coves are easily reached from the house.

La villa JUWEN est composée : * 2 belles chambres de 12 m² chacune équipées d'une TV. * 1 salle d'eau, 1 WC séparé. * 1 cuisine équipée ouverte sur la pièce de vie avec canapé convertible de très bonne qualité. En extérieur, vous trouverez une belle terrasse de 70m² avec un salon de jardin pour 6 personnes, une plancha et 4 transats. La piscine fait 6 mx3 m et elle est chauffée d'Avril à octobre.
