Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Tranquil retreat

This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

Cosy Studio Close to Town

Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.
