Darling sweetheart cabin, located on a working horse ranch on top of the Colorado National Monument, 30 min from Grand Junction. This location is perfect for those seeking a unique place to stay while enjoying all the adventures available around the area including hiking trails, horseback riding, ATV riding, hunting, and some of the best mountain biking around. There is beautiful aspen covered,alpine high country nearby as well as red rock desert/ formations including a series of natural arches.

"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
