Our Timberline Lodge home is an exceptionally-styled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property, and is less than 5 minutes to Sugarloaf! Our home is unique - a main house with a master bedroom and a sleeping area in the loft, and a separate building (we call it the 'Barn') that has a sleeping area, with full bathrooms in both! Enjoy a cozy living room space, a charming dining room, and a kitchen that will fit all your needs. Want some privacy or need some quiet space to work, use the Barn's living room!

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

Welcome to First Tracks! Located right on mountain bike trails and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. With epic hiking, waterfall swims, disc golf, zip lining and mountain biking right out the back door we've got your vacation covered. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of play. Sugarloaf in the summer is magical. Welcome to our cozy Sugarloaf/Carrabassett Valley home! Sitting in the back of Redington is our private home with a hot tub, firepit & grill! There is ample parking for you & your friends.
