Breath fresh mountain and walk on a awesome beach. Everything your need to cook meals here. Centrally located at lower elevation. Completely level, one story condo with covered parking at the front door and sliding glass doors opening to a private patio. Beds including one memory foam mattress (other bed is traditional Sealy mattress). Newer 45" UHD TV. We have high speed internet, cable TV, and WiFi. Plantation shutters . Gas fireplace with remote control.

At 7,500 feet of elevation, your literally on top of the Mountain with Mountain views, 1 minute from the Nevada side of Heavenly Mountain Resort's Boulder and Stagecoach lodge and ski lifts. 3 miles from the beach and casinos. We have added an air conditioner in the loft, BBQ, Fire pit, professional Pac Man game, Wifi, and multiple large screen TV's. We have 5 bedrooms (one is a loft with no doors), 7 queen size beds in total. Small dog friendly (woof).
